These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 96vin (hereinafter "96vin", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 96vin online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, content, and services accessible at 96vin.cam and any related sub-domains.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through 96vin, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an Account on 96vin, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 96vin is strictly an adult gaming platform. Registration by or on behalf of any individual under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use of the Platform.
• Personal Use: You must be registering for your own personal entertainment and not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or commercial organisation.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — may result in all accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or equivalent responsible gambling restriction imposed by 96vin or any affiliated operator.

To access the services offered on 96vin, you are required to complete the registration process and create a personal Account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested during registration. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and identification number (e.g., MyKad or passport number) for KYC purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 96vin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 4.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension. Any funds held in an Account suspended on grounds of registration fraud may be forfeited pending investigation.

By accessing the 96vin Platform, you agree to use it exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge that all gambling and gaming activities carry financial risk, and that you participate entirely at your own risk and on your own volition.

• You will use the Platform only for your own personal recreational use and will not use it to facilitate gambling on behalf of third parties.
• You will ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

• You acknowledge that the outcome of games offered on the Platform is determined by certified random number generator software and that 96vin does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform.
• You accept that 96vin is an entertainment platform and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes in any game or market.
• You will not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.

6.1 Deposits

96vin accepts deposits in MYR via the following methods: FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect), DuitNow instant transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most methods, and RM 50 for card-based deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of RM 50. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. 96vin aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timelines: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business hours during operating hours.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No conversion fees are charged by 96vin for MYR transactions. If your bank or payment provider applies foreign exchange or transaction fees, those are outside of 96vin's control.

96vin offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation, unless a different expiry period is specified in the individual promotion's terms.

• 96vin reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly activated by eligible players.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or sold.
• If 96vin determines that a Player has registered duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, all associated bonuses and any derived winnings will be forfeited and the accounts closed.

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed through the 96vin Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players should verify all bet details before confirmation, as 96vin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except as expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• 96vin reserves the right to void bets placed on events or games where an error in the odds, pricing, or game configuration has occurred due to a technical fault. Affected players will be notified and stakes refunded promptly.
• For sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, Premier League for EPL markets). In the event of a dispute, 96vin's decision on settlement is final.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets and games. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market page and may be subject to change at 96vin's discretion.
• In the event that a transaction is processed in error due to a technical malfunction, 96vin reserves the right to reverse the transaction and restore the Account to its correct pre-error state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96vin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their explicit, documented consent.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence, or algorithmic tool to interact with the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security measures.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Abusing bonuses by creating accounts solely for the purpose of extracting promotional value without genuine gaming activity (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").
• Making chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider in bad faith.

96vin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or at the Player's own request.

Upon Account closure by either party, any Cash Balance (i.e., non-bonus funds) remaining in the Account that are not subject to ongoing investigation or dispute will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 96vin.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96vin, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

96vin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, regardless of the cause of action and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

96vin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 96vin makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

96vin is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services, comply with applicable legal obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), and improve the Platform experience. Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms have been published and the applicable notice period has elapsed constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the aggrieved party notifying the other in writing, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 96vin from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or remedy a breach of these Terms that would cause irreparable harm.
